Help with online booking of your classes
- Have you practiced with us before? Then you first need to organise online access to your Mindbody account in our booking system. Choose a class from the page “alle classes” and select ‘BOOK’, then follow the instructions to select ‘Need new password?’. You then need to create a new password using the email address that you gave to us.
Are you new at Hot Yoga House? Then first register through the button Register, then follow step 3.
- If your class card / subscription is no longer active following our temporary closure: you may… a) buy a new class pass (this will help to support the studio in getting back on its feet in this time), or… b) send an e-mail with a request to activate your old pass / subscription again. If you are in a position to choose to support the studio by purchasing a new class pass then we will of course add any unused classes from your old card to your new card purchase.
- There are 2 ways of purchasing a class card online: either through the Mindbody website with a credit card, or through our webshop here via an iDEAL payment. If you make a credit card purchase through Mindbody your new purchase will automatically be added to your account making it possible for you to book classes immediately. If you choose the iDEAL payment method, your purchase will be processed and added to your Mindbody account within 1 – 24 hours.
- Have you organised access to your Mindbody account and would now like to book classes quickly and easily with your phone? Take the Mindbody app and make Hot Yoga House your favorite. Verify your Mindbody account in the app by going to “profile”, click on the wheel in the upper right corner and click “Resend Account Confirmation Email”. Open this e-mail from Mindbody and finally click “Verify My Email”.
If you are not successful booking online, please send us an e-mail and visit the studio 15 minutes before the class starts so we can help you there.
